We kindly ask our customers to fill out the "contact" form for any inquiries. Please note that all sales are final; at this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Due to the printing process, minor artifacts may occur on the designs.
If you have not received your purchase or if you have received a damaged item, please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving your order. We handle each purchase with care and attention. To ensure a smooth process, please ensure that the items are unwashed, unused, and include all original packaging. Requests that do not meet these criteria will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny refunds that do not comply with these guidelines.
Please be advised that all sale items, discounts, and coupons are considered final sale. We appreciate your understanding.
In the event that we offer a return or exchange, please note that shipping costs will be billed directly by our providers. Therefore, refunds for shipping costs are not available. For international orders that are unclaimed and returned to us, a product refund may be possible; however, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received. We recommend retaining all receipts and tracking numbers for your returned packages.
